Shipping Information
All orders are shipped via Yanwen Logistics. Generally, packages are received within 3 to 7 business days from the date of shipment. Shipping costs do not include possible import duties and taxes.
Important Notice for U.S. Customers
Starting from September 22, 2025, import duties will be automatically added to your order at checkout. This applies to all orders shipped to the United States and complies with current import regulations. The final price (including fees) will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Import Taxes & Duties
Shipping costs only cover transportation fees and do not include import/export duties that may be levied by the destination country's government on delivery and returns. If these duties are refused, the package may be destroyed without a refund. If the package is returned due to refusal to pay duties, all return shipping costs will be borne by you and deducted from the refund. Lila Zen is not responsible for any customs delays, duties, taxes, or return shipping that may occur in the destination country.
Ensuring Secure Delivery
When applying for delivery to a business address, please indicate the company name. Ensure the delivery address is secure to prevent package interception. The risk of the goods passes to you upon delivery to the specified address. Lila Zen is not responsible for orders lost or misplaced after the carrier confirms delivery. Any risk arising from unattended items is your sole responsibility.
Delivery Time
Lila Zen uses third-party courier services. Delivery times after shipment are subject to these third-party services and are beyond our control. All delivery times are estimates only, and we are not liable for any loss, cost, or damage resulting from any delivery delays.
