8. Sales Terms

This Website sells products only to adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, please use this Website under the supervision of your parents or guardians.

LILA warrants the authenticity of all items on the Website.

You can place an order through our website either by registering as a user or by using the guest checkout feature. Placing an order requires an email address and mobile phone number, and you may need to set your browser to accept cookies and pop-ups to use all features of the website, including adding items to the cart and submitting orders.

Our shipment of the products to you constitutes our acceptance of your offer to purchase the relevant products.
  • Currency
    All prices are as displayed and charged on the front end of the Website.
  • Territory
    Order and delivery services on this Website are limited to certain parts of Europe and the Americas. If LILA is unable to fulfill an order, LILA will notify you as soon as possible.
  • Quantity Limits and Prohibition of Resale
    Orders are accepted only for household quantities. This Website is intended solely for LILA to sell products directly to end consumers; therefore, purchasing products for resale is strictly prohibited. Resale means purchasing products for the purpose of reselling or intending to resell them to others (consumers, businesses, or any third party). If LILA believes you are engaged in resale activities, LILA reserves the right to take any action against you, including but not limited to restricting your access to or use of this Website, restricting product sales to you, canceling your orders, and/or suspending or closing your account.
  • Confirmation and Acceptance
    After you submit an order, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order (the "Order Confirmation"). This does not mean we have accepted your order.
    We will not accept your order unless and until (I) the products are shipped to you, and (II) we send you an email confirming the products have been shipped (the "Shipping Confirmation").
  • Inventory Limitations
    Products on the Website are in stock and ready to ship. Out-of-stock sizes will be marked "Out of Stock." Due to simultaneous ordering by multiple customers, inventory may become tight. If an ordered item cannot be shipped, we will cancel that portion of the order and refund or waive your fees as appropriate. We make every effort to ensure inventory information is accurate, but errors may occasionally occur. If a product you need is sold out, you can contact our customer service, as we regularly restock.
  • Cancelling an Order
    If you placed an order by mistake or wish to cancel an order before shipment, please contact LILA Customer Service immediately by phone or email at lilazensports@gmail.com. LILA will endeavor to consider your order cancellation request and assist you as much as possible. We reserve the final right to accept or reject any order cancellation request you make. Once any product in an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. As LILA is always committed to fast shipping, you have very limited time to cancel an order.
  • No Changes
    Please note that once your order is submitted, we will be unable to make or accept any changes (including delivery address, product size, color).
  • Right to Refuse an Order
    Fulfillment of all orders on the Website is subject to inventory availability. We expressly reserve the right to refuse to accept your order for any reason. We also reserve the right to cancel an order by written notice in the following circumstances (this list is not exhaustive), with no liability for any loss or expense other than refunding any amounts you paid for the cancelled order:
    a. The product is out of stock;
    b. Your billing information is incorrect or cannot be verified;
    c. Your order is flagged by our security system as an abnormal order or one susceptible to or suspected of fraud;
    d. We are unable to deliver the goods to the address you provided;
    e. We believe you are under 18 years old;
    f. We believe you are a reseller;
    g. The price displayed on the Website is incorrect;
    h. If there are typographical errors, price errors, or other errors in the Website information; or
    i. Due to circumstances or events beyond our control.

10. Payment

  • Payment Methods
    You can pay for products using the payment methods displayed on the checkout page. If you have a discount code, please enter it in the "Discount Code" field on the checkout page and click "Apply." Be sure to check the validity period of the discount code before use. Please note that only one discount code can be used per order. Not all discount codes apply to all products and all product sales.
  • Data Verification
    During the payment process, LILA may conduct a credit check. Based on the results, LILA may change, adjust, or reject the order and/or the payment method you selected. In most cases, LILA will provide you with the option to choose another payment method.
  • Shipping Fees
    Your order will qualify for free shipping when the order amount meets the specified threshold.
  • Total Price
    The total price will be displayed in the Order Confirmation. If you pay by credit card, the total price will appear on your bank statement.
  • Price Changes
    Product prices are as displayed on the Website. Prices are subject to change at any time, but orders already confirmed in the Order Confirmation are not affected by price changes.
  • Retention of Title
    Any products purchased from this Website remain the property of LILA until the payment process on the Website is completed and the products are delivered to the carrier (as defined below).

11. Delivery

  • Delivery
    The items you ordered will be shipped by the carrier designated by LILA to the delivery address you provided. You agree that all items ordered through this Website are the responsibility of the carrier for delivery.
  • Standard Delivery Time
    Generally, ordered items are delivered approximately 2 to 7 business days after shipment. Please note that we cannot and do not accept any orders for delivery to P.O. boxes or hotels. The above delivery times are estimates only, and actual delivery times will vary depending on the delivery region you select. We only ship on business days. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, a "business day" means any day except Sunday and public holidays.
    If we are unable to deliver the goods within the estimated delivery time mentioned above, we will notify you, and your sole remedy is to choose to wait for the goods to be delivered or cancel the order and receive a refund. Except as described above, we will not provide you with any compensation.
  • Product Acceptance
    Please check the items you ordered (including free gifts) in the presence of the delivery person to confirm quantity, type, color, size, and that they are intact. Only sign for the goods after confirming they are correct. If you find any shortages, discrepancies, apparent material or manufacturing defects, or damage to the goods, please contact us by email at lilazensports@gmail.com. Failure to do so does not affect your legal rights.
  • Transfer of Property
    Title to the goods you ordered will transfer to you after we deliver them to the carrier. After title transfers, all risk of damage to or loss of the goods passes to you. If you fail to take delivery or the carrier is unable to deliver the goods, title and risk to the goods remain with you, and we are entitled to charge you any additional storage or shipping costs incurred as a result.

12. Promotional Discounts

Promotional discounts are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Only one promotional code can be used per order. Terms and conditions for each promotional code may vary, and we reserve the right to attach conditions to the redemption of any coupon, discount code, promotional code, or other similar promotion (which we will notify you of separately), and we reserve the right to refuse acceptance if any promotional code, coupon, or similar promotion violates the above terms. If an unauthorized promotional code is used, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

13. Product Returns

For products purchased through this Website, you may apply for a return within seven (7) calendar days from the date you receive the relevant product (based on the receipt date on the logistics document) (the "Return Period"). Please note that we only accept return applications for products that meet the "Return Conditions" and are not "Return Exceptions" (see below).

Also note that you can only process returns for goods purchased through this Website online.

  • Return Conditions. Returned goods must meet the following conditions to be accepted by us:
    a. You must submit the return application within the Return Period;
    b. The product is in its original condition (e.g., the product remains intact, unused, unwashed, or unaltered, with no stains or makeup on the product), and the resale condition of the product is unaffected;
    c. The product's outer packaging is intact (including plastic bags or boxes; do not attach any tape or labels directly to the shoebox; place the shoebox inside another box or bag), product accessories, instructions, tags, etc. are all intact and still in your possession;
    d. If the product/package includes free gifts (promotional gifts), the gifts must be returned with the product. Gifts must be in their original condition and returned as they were. If the gift cannot be returned, we reserve the right to require you to pay an amount equivalent to the marked price of the gift.
    e. We will refuse refunds for any returned items that are damaged, stained, washed, worn, or altered, and may return such items to you.
  • Return Restrictions: The following goods cannot be returned or processed through this Website:
    a. Products not sold through our Website (i.e., www.lilazen.com);
    b. Customized products without quality issues;
    c. Underwear, socks, and some limited-edition products, without quality issues;
    d. Products that have been used, washed, processed (e.g., size altered), stained, or damaged, with tags cut off, and other goods not meeting resale conditions;
    e. Loss of the electronic invoice or order number issued at the time of purchase;
    f. You did not submit the return application within the Return Period;
    g. Before you placed an order through the Website, the product was explicitly marked as having certain defects, and your reason for return is also due to that defect;
    h. Other situations where consumers are not entitled to return under applicable law.
    i. Items ordered online during certain specific promotional periods may be non-returnable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable. Please refer to the terms and conditions of that promotion for details.
  • Return Process
    If you wish to return an item, please ensure the item meets the above "Return Conditions" and send the return application to the LILA Customer Service Team email: lilazensports@gmail.com. If the item does not meet the above "Return Conditions," we will not accept any return applications. Furthermore, we do not accept items returned via ordinary mail, registered mail, or courier.
  • Refund Time
    For returned goods, once we confirm they meet the Return Conditions and requirements, we will process a refund for the amount you actually paid and we received for the goods within 14 business days of receiving the returned goods. However, if your returned item was purchased together with other items that made you eligible for our promotional offers, we reserve the right to refund only part of your payment;
    The time for the refund to reach your account depends on the refund method. The actual arrival time depends on the processing speed of different banks or payment platforms and may take 10-15 business days.
    If the return does not meet the Return Conditions or requirements, we will contact you and return the product to you at your expense.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, neither LILA nor any of its affiliates, suppliers, or service providers shall be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages of any kind, whether based on any contract, negligence, strict liability, or other cause, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of use, loss of data, loss of other intangibles, loss of security of information you provide while using this Website, Content, or Services, or unauthorized interception by any third party of any applicable information, even if previously informed of the possibility of such damages or losses.     In case of any inconsistency or ambiguity between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
  • Waiver
    LILA's failure or delay in exercising any right under these Terms and Conditions or taking action regarding a breach does not constitute a waiver of that right or breach. Any waiver by LILA of any right or waiver of any breach under these Terms and Conditions must be made in writing and is limited to the specific right or breach stated therein.
